Pre-Order & Pickup Policy

Our pre-ordering service allows you to:

• Order in Advance: Place orders from your favorite campus canteens ahead of time
• Skip Queues: Bypass long lines and collect your order directly when it's ready
• Schedule Pickup: Choose your preferred pickup time to fit your class schedule
• Secure Payments: Pay online through our secure payment gateway - no need for cash
• Track Orders: Monitor your order status in real-time from placement to ready-for-pickup
• Dine-In Option: For participating canteens, you can also opt to dine-in once your order is ready

Orders can be picked up from:

• The respective canteen counter where you placed your order
• Designated pickup windows at each canteen
• Special pre-order counters during peak hours

Standard preparation times:

• 10-15 minutes for regular orders
• 15-20 minutes during peak hours
• Scheduled orders will be ready at your chosen pickup time

Note: We recommend placing your order at least 20 minutes before your desired pickup time.

Stay informed about your order status through multiple channels:

• SMS Notifications: Receive text messages when your order is ready for pickup
• Email Confirmations: Get email receipts and order confirmations for your records

Order Status Stages:

• Order Placed: Your order has been successfully placed and payment confirmed
• Accepted by Vendor: The canteen has accepted your order
• Preparation Started: Food preparation has begun
• Ready for Pickup: Your order is ready - head to the canteen to collect it
• Completed: Order has been successfully picked up or consumed

Please collect your order within 15 minutes of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" notification to ensure food quality and freshness.
