1. Introduction

Welcome to Biiite, a food pre-ordering platform operated by Venzik Labs Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website at biiite.com and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Services

Biiite provides an online platform connecting college students with campus canteens for food pre-ordering services. Our services include:

• Online food ordering from participating campus canteens
• Pre-order scheduling to skip queues
• Secure online payment processing
• Order status tracking and notifications
• Pickup and dine-in services only - We do not currently offer delivery services

We act as an intermediary between students and canteen vendors. We do not prepare, sell, or deliver food directly. All food is prepared by the respective canteen vendors.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Register with accurate and complete information, including valid college credentials where required
• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Order Process

When you place an order through our Platform:

• Your order is transmitted to the selected canteen vendor for acceptance and fulfillment
• Orders are subject to vendor acceptance - vendors reserve the right to reject orders due to availability or other operational reasons
• Prices, menu items, and availability displayed on the Platform are provided by vendors and may change without notice
• You will receive notifications about your order status via the Platform and/or SMS/email
• You must collect your order from the designated canteen location within the specified time
• Uncollected orders may be cancelled without refund after a reasonable waiting period

We strive to provide accurate information but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of menu descriptions, pricing, or availability.

5. Payments

Payment terms and conditions:

• All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateway partners
• By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges at the prices displayed at the time of order placement, including any applicable taxes and service fees
• Payment must be completed at the time of order placement
• We accept payment through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets as available on the Platform
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and current
• Failed transactions may result in order cancellation
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Venzik Labs Private Limited does not store your complete credit/debit card information. All payment data is handled securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Material changes will be notified through the Platform or via email
• Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms
• If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform
