Pricing

Pay only for the modules you actually use.

No flat SaaS fee. No per-seat tax. Switch modules on as you grow and off when a season is slow. We quote per canteen after a short call — because a single outlet and a multi-campus contract are not the same purchase, and printing one number would make it wrong for almost everybody.

  • No setup fees
  • No per-seat charge
  • Cancel any month
  • Training included

How a quote actually happens

  1. 01

    Tell us your setup

How many outlets, roughly how many covers at the peak, and what you run today. Five minutes.

  2. 02

    We scope the stack

We say which modules you need and, more usefully, which ones you do not need yet. Nobody should buy delivery zones before they have a working counter.

  3. 03

    You get a written quote

Per module, per month, itemised. If it grows or shrinks next semester, so does the invoice.

Pricing questions

Why is there no price on this page?

Because any number we printed would be wrong for most canteens. A single outlet doing 200 covers a day and a multi-campus contract with hostel delivery are not the same purchase. We quote after a short call where we ask how many outlets you run and which modules you actually need — usually the same call where you see the product.

How does modular pricing actually work?

Each module has a flat monthly cost. You switch on the ones you need and pay for those only. Turn a module off and next month's invoice drops automatically. There is no per-seat charge, so adding counter staff or student helpers never changes what you pay.

What is the minimum I need to start?

Live orders and menu management are always included. Most canteens add counter POS and kitchen lanes on day one, then bring in student ordering once the counter is boring. Starting with fewer modules and adding later costs less than buying everything up front and using half of it.

Is there a long contract?

No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel any month with no cancellation fee. Annual billing exists if you want a discount and predictability, but it is optional and never the default.

Are there setup or training fees?

No setup fee. Menu import, counter and printer configuration, and staff training are included. Every account gets a dedicated operations partner for the first 60 days.

Do we need to buy hardware from you?

No. Biiite runs in any modern browser — Android tablets, iPads, Windows and Mac laptops, often the touchscreen already on your counter. Thermal printers connect over USB or Bluetooth. We do not sell hardware bundles.

Can we try it before committing?

Yes. Contact us to arrange a trial on a real service. We would rather you run one lunch rush on it than watch a demo video.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It is yours. Export orders, items, staff and ledgers as CSV at any time. If you leave we hand over the archive and delete it from our side within 30 days.

Tell us about your canteen and we'll quote it.

A short call, a written quote, and an honest answer about which modules you can skip for now.
